To who is
the disclosure form mailed?
The
disclosure forms are sent to the league registrar at Soccerama,

if a boy is listed on a team, it is a boy’s team. In the Oahu league, you must
have 7 boys registered on the boy’s team in order to play in the league.
U8’s
to U10’s are allowed a maximum of 14 players per team. U11’s to U19’s are allowed
a maximum of 18 players per team.
Please note your team number may change. Your team
designation is according to your oldest
player. You may not have a team designation number
of 11’s and only have U10 players on your team. You must have at least
(1) U11 player on your team
