As
part of its continuous program of referee development and support,
the Oahu League welcomes constructive evaluation of referees by coaches.
OL coaches who would like to provide an evaluation of referees assigned
to their matches should submit the evaluation form below within 48
hours of the match being evaluated.
As the evaluator please note that your evaluation will be directed to the OL Board and may be reviewed by the Board and others, and, as such, the evaluation is not confidential.
You may select which items you want to respond to or complete all the items - it's your choice as to how many items you respond to. You may elect to evaluate all three referees (the Referee, and the Assistant Referee 1, and the Assistant Referee 2) or select any combination of the three - all, none, or only the ARs or only the Referee.
The
referee
information to complete the form can be found on the "Referee Assignments Page" (if it was not obtained at the match); click
on the date in the assignment schedule table to obtain the referee
names for the match being evaluated.

send.
After you submit the report,
print a copy of the "Referee Evaluation Submittal Page" for
your records.
