Second, to request assignments follow the procedures below

Assignment schedules for the OL Fall 7AS, Fall 11AS, Winter U8-12 and Spring U13-19 seasons are available from the assignment table
Click on the date for the weekly assignment schedule and indicate your availability for assignments by  sending an email specifying the the times, fields and/or game number (very important) and position (center or AR) you are requesting. You also need to show the date you are requesting in the "subject" box of the email request. Send emails to Assignor@OahuLeague.com
Send an email for each day; you may lump all availability requests for one day together but do not mix availability requests for multiple days in the same email request (see email example here!)
Open or re-opened assignments are listed in red
When you request an assignment you will be listed in maroon
When you confirm your assignment you will be listed in black
You must confirm your assignments by replying to the email giving you the assignments; when the confirmation is received your name will be "in the black"
If you do not confirm your assignment within 24 hours it may be given to another referee; referees may request maroon assignments as a back-up to be assigned if an assigned referee does not confirm their assignments
During periods of increased activity (i.e., the beginning of the season or during schedule changes) there may not be enough time to send and confirm emails - during these times you may confirm your assignment directly from the webpage listings (and the color of the entry) by sending a confirming email
Use the "reply" feature when corresponding about assignments so  that all previous correspondence is shown.
In order to be assigned to OL games you need to submit the  Referee Acknowledgement Form  which lists your name, address, email and SSN (the SSN is required for payments to be processed and mailed to you).
 If you are a new referee for the Oahu League tell the Assignor about your experience and your officiating "comfort-zone", that is, what level and position you feel comfortable officiating.
If you don't receive an assignment that matches your availability come back with other availability requests and keep  checking the website frequently for updates as there are always referee changes  and cancellations; games are also added and deleted from the schedule all the time!
When you are finished with your assignment, submit the on-line game report immediately after the game and send the paper game card to arrive at the UPS Store by the Tuesday after your Saturday/Sunday assignment (see game card example here)

red = assignment open or re-opened

maroon = assigned but not confirmed

black = assignment confirmed

blue = cancelled game; time change; take notice, etc
