Referee Evaluation


  As part of its continuous program of referee development and support, the Oahu League welcomes constructive evaluation of referees by coaches. OL coaches who would like to provide an evaluation of referees assigned to their matches should submit the evaluation form below within 48 hours of the match being evaluated.
  Complete all the information requested in the form; all fields are required to
have an entry; use "na" (not applicable) in fields marked with an "!"
  The referee information to complete the form can be found on the "Referee Assignments Page" (if it was not obtained at the match); click on the date in the assignment schedule table to obtain the referee names for the match being evaluated.
Click on "submit" to send.
After you submit the report, print a copy of the "Referee Evaluation Submittal Page" for your records.
After submittal you will receive a email confirmation that the evaluation has been received; if you do not receive an email confirmation receipt in 48 hrs. send an email to Assignor@OahuLeague.com listing the basic information.
