 Coach Acknowledgement

As head coach I acknowledge that I have read the OL Seasonal Guidelines, the "Advisory to Coaches" (available on the webpage) and the HYSA Team Manual" and agree to follow the guidelines, policies and procedures set forth in these documents by the OL and State Board of Directors. I understand that if I do not follow the guidelines, policies and procedures as stated and/or I do not meet the expectations in them, that I may be placed on probation, suspended or removed from the list of eligible coaches. If I do not comply with the OL and State guidelines, policies and procedures and receive sanctioning I may appeal the sanctioning through the appeals process established by the OL and State Boards. I will opt-in to the OL email system and I will check the OL webpage and emails daily to remain currect regarding schedules and other OL activities.
