Team Registration Spring 2012 Season

Player Registration

to pay for your team registration, select the team fee for the age division you wish to play in from the choices below. NOTE: Registration Closes on 1/20/2012 at 5:00pm. All registrations after that incur $100 late payment fee plus no guarantee of acceptance into the league.

if you are a returning team, type in your team number in the first field at the top of the order form.

8AS Season

if you are a new team, type in "new U08 team", "new U09 team", etc... in the second field at the top of the order form.

*NOTE: Please select the Appropriate Team Fee based upon the Division you will be playing in and not based upon your age unless you are a new team to the league. New teams pay based upon your team's true age.
